Walker holds a contract with one of Washington,DC’s largest residential developers for the Design/Build of residential apartment buildings and the renovation of row houses. Each project under this contract entailed a large amount of demolition work. Most of the apartments needed to be completely gutted. While demolition was being completed our design team went to work. Each of the apartments needed to be designed in a very short period of time.
