Walker Construction, LLC. was founded in 2001 by Ondrea Walker. As a new company, Walker, LLC began working as a subcontractor to larger GC’s and eventually grew large enough in size where we could function as the prime contractor  With a heavy focus on ID/IQ Government contracts, we have always prided ourselves on our flexibility to customer needs, and have developed a large resource pool that enables Walker Construction to successfully complete large scale Design/Build projects that our similarly sized competitors cannot perform. This capability has been demonstrated by the execution of multiple construction and design-build projects for our DoD and other Federal Agency customers.

Our business management approach is based on: responsiveness to customer requirements, availability and flexibility of resources, the use of expert Project Managers and craftsmen, a proactive quality assurance program, and sound fiscal management. All of this will allow us to complete any awarded project on time and within the initial budget

Who We Are

Using our “Right Team for the Right Job” approach, we individually select the most capable design team, architects, engineers, and construction managers for each project. Via the Fast Track System, we begin work on the site even before the construction plan is complete, allowing us to finish the job on time, on budget, while still providing the highest quality of work available.
